              Lunch (Indoors and out in the Summer)                                   12 noon 'til 2PM
              Supper in the bar (for those that dine and dash - slowly)     6 PM 'til 7.30 PM
              Dinner (for a more leisurely and extensive experience)          6 PM 'til 9.00 PM
